How has your access to various kinds of transportation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?

I have never lived anywhere with good public transportation. We have a hybrid now, which makes me feel less guilty about taking short trips around town. Being conscious of use of the gas for long trips (where we need to use fuel) means we do not visit friends that live far away as often. Learning about how terrible air travel is for the environment has also reduced our interest in flying and I have tried to encourage my mother to reduce her flying as well.

How do you plan to increase your water intake during the day?

I need to front load my water intake. Otherwise I find I have not consumed enough water at dinner time, and then it is too late to drink enough before bed.

I do the same thing! I pre-fill 32oz in a bottle on my kitchen counter every morning and refill it at least once. the visual keeps me on track.
