    Walking at the park with friends or family is an excellent way to pass the time in an enjoyable way. Playing with my son at the local playground is another activity that gets me moving and is a lot of fun!

    I practice self-care by taking advantage of my benefits and scheduling regular well-care appointments. These are important for catching issues early and for maintaining overall good health.

    Replace old windows. Have your insulation assessed by a company that can find spots in your home that need reinsulated. Lower the temperature at night during sleep and use extra blankets if needed. Regularly replace filters in your HVAC units.
