    I am grateful for my parents. Practicing gratitude helps me to have a more positive outlooks on the world around me.

    I remember to shut down my computer daily, so making sure that my monitors are also off has now become routine. At first, adding a post it note to my monitor to remind me nightly helped to reinforce the concept.
