    Life is short! Be intentional in your actions and decisions. Work, play, rest -all are important. We must prioritize and invest our time into worthwhile things, and building good habits can help!

    It is easy to become sugar dependent. Being in this state clouds small decision making. It can be a slippery slope.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    Barrier: Filling it up before going to work.

    Fill it up at night. Keep an empty reusable bottle at work and fill it at work if I forget to bring the one from home.

      It is so much easier to have a spare set of cultery for outdoors, entertaining than using plastic. I return or turn down those given to me at "to - go" places, including straws.

    I have no barrier to using a reusable water bottle. I never have liked drinking from plastic bottles.
    It requires planning which may be a barrier to some.

    My exercise is primarily outside year-round. I never listen to anything, but the sound of the wind, birds, and the lake -- it quiets the mind.
