April 25 at 7:33 AMMy self care looks a little different. I like to train for triathlon and I think that is my own version of self care. Its my time with my thoughts and away from work and home life that I can just separate from. Even though I am exercising I a with me and my mind

April 25 at 7:31 AMI have some accountability buddies that I exercise with. Usual we meet in the morning before the sun is up and run or lift. Its nice to have some quite time with people I love, and it always starts my day off the a great start!

April 16 at 6:58 AMYou can make your own backyard a wild life preserve and get a cool plaque! Its actually really easy! I have a postage size yard in Lakewood and have been making strides to preserve wildlife. For example adding a food/shelter for animals like birds count. I have been trying to keep up with my bird feeder and add a water source in the summer :)

April 15 at 10:28 AMMy allergies are really bad and we have changes our sheets, pillows and now have an air purifier. I have to work on the smelly scents. We have a dog and I hate the way he smells up the house
