Biggest pro to working at home is the ability to sleep a little longer in the morning. Also, I like being able to run the dishwasher/do laundry on my lunch break when electricity rates are lower. I also feel that I am more productive without the interruptions of the office (small talk or the time it takes to go from one meeting to another).
The biggest con is that I do like interacting with my people, and working "alone" at home can be lonely and make me feel anti-social. One way I manage this is to host a virtual body double call where colleagues can "work in the same space" even though we are all in different places and different jobs (camera on, mute on or off depending on what works for the group/person).
