    I did really well this month and am hoping these become eco friendly habits. The packaging seems to be working. I look all the time at what it is or think about my options when purchasing. This is for home only though.

    I made the effort to be more aware during my daily walks. I started bringing an extra bag to place discarded items in it so I could collect more than the minimum. As a result, on average, I ended up walking further in an effort to clean up more spaces.

    The produce is so much fresher. We actually have a farmers market right around the corner from my house. It gives me a chance to try items that I might not try from the store. They are able to provide more info and different ways to prepare it.

    I need to separate the recyled items. We have a separate place to take metal items. Separate the plastic and paper in the blue bags you can buy at the store. This will make sure they are sorted correctly. Finding stores that sell the clear blue bags.

    To communicate my feelings instead of thinking someone can read my mind. I can only do my best at work if I communicate.

    I make sure to take my meds everyday. I make sure to go to my appointments regularly. In order to live my best life I need to take care of myself. Take care of myself doesn't just help me but those in my life.

    So that I can't help someone who needs it. I am O negative and I can give to any blood type. My blood can be used in several different ways. It can save a life.

    Open the windows instead of turning on the AC. Make sure doors and windows are letting air in and out.
