    Switch from single-use to reusable containers whenever possible, i.e. beakers, flasks, etc.
    Facilitate the washing and autoclaving processes to make the transition smoother.

    Construction, fertilized lawns, forever chemicals, ocean drilling

    Minimize tilling and use of fertilizers and other chemicals
    In the lab, dispose of chemicals properly.

    I have found this to be an easy habit to adopt in my daily routine although at the start I did have to provide myself a reminder.

    I had automatic lights installed in my office to ensure lights out and have encourage my coworkers to do the same.

    It is an important exercise to make note each day what you are grateful for in order to fill your cup.

    I enjoy the mindfulness and physical exercise of Pilates. I am committed to at least 4 Reformer classes a week.

    Think about it. Do you really need it? Add it to your cart and wait a few weeks. do you still need it after those weeks? That's how I decide if I really need it.
