    It was fun to participate and track activities! I was disappointed I couldn't go back several days and add in things that I had done previously...work is too busy to log in every day! :-)

    Volunteering feels great! One thing I can do is encourage more people to volunteer especially the younger people in my life.

    What best helped you with your mindfulness or meditation practice? Did the practice become easier over time?

    I tried some different approaches to my mindfulness/meditation practicies. I incorporated soundscapes into my practice as well as different lighting in the room. Both changes improved my practice and practice has been easier over time.

    What have you found to be the biggest pros and cons of working from home?

    The biggest pro for me for working from home is the quiet environment is great when working on documents or data. The biggest con is being distracted by other things that need to be done at my house.

    My sister and I enjoy taking walks together with my niece and nephew. We have talked about exploring different hiking trail systems in the area this summer.

    With the temperatures reaching almost 90 - I now welcome colder showers! I don't think I could committee fully during the winter.

    I'm incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to help save a life and most importantly, look at this opportunity as a necessity within your community. I also have the blood group type O negative.

    I've saved so much water by simply turning the tap off along with local energy saving(s) within my community - so grateful for this helpful tip.
