I would like to improve distraction management and learn to keep a more focused conversation. Constructive Communication is important at work and at home because it Strengthens Relationships, Prevents Conflicts and Misunderstandings, Improves Mental and Emotional Well-being, Enhances Productivity, & Encourages Personal Growth

My plan is to just keep going. If you never start or you give up, you will never achieve anything. Things that have helped me in the past were making reminders, to do lists, and keeping a timeline

It can be scary or make me anxious at times, depending on the environment. If your ideas do not feel welcomed and the space is not inviting it can be a scary situation because you might get shot down or feel unheard. Getting ideas from employees in different functional areas harnesses the collective intelligence and creativity of the workforce,...

Unfortunately, plastic decomposes slowly, if at all. Local recycling is the most responsible way of disposing of the copious amounts of plastic generated in the lab since it...

My Keurig, it kept shutting off before it did anything. I used Google to try to figure out what was wrong and then used YouTube to find a tutorial on how to actually fix the problem and it is working again
