    It is awesome I love giving to the people that surround me. It makes me feel more connected to the strangers around me and helps me stay grounded. If we are unable to take care of our fellow humans what makes us qualified to help the other life forms that have this planet as our home?

    It helps boost my mood, lowers stress, and just makes me feel good. You just never know how much a simple act of kindness can mean to a person; it can change their whole day. Sending a card to tell a friend they were appreciated made them emotional and made their day.

    I am looking for items that do not use plasticware and choosing items that utilize reusable glass containers. Additionally, I am looking for ways to reduce the carbon emissions from my shopping trips, like taking public transport to go thrifting.

    I don't like the taste of tap water, especially when I travel and I don't have access to filtered water. I purchased a life straw water bottle that has a filter, which helps the taste tremendously!

    Easiest was recycle, I don't think any was particularly difficult, there is just always more you possibly could do. Bring reusable bags/totes when shopping, reusing items for alternative purposes, donating things you will not use, refusing straws/receipts/plastic bags etc

    Water secure. Turn off the water when brushing my teeth (or if not necessary to be on at other times), shower vs taking a bath, running a full dishwasher versus washing dishes in the sink, check for leaks...
