    I went to donate blood today but I was just a touch too anemic. You could blame my vegan lifestyle, but once I thought about ensuring I was getting enough iron it wasn't a problem until today. I guess I've been slacking off. Oh well, I can donate blood in May.

    The most important thing I learned from my waste-sorting tour was that NYP has to pay for ALL trash removal and contracts with facilities that are different from NYC. A good motto for teaching recycling within the hospital might be "NYP is NOT NYC: We recycle differently!". I'm going to use this knowledge to help improve recycling in...
