    I have learned to push myself further with my exercise habits. This platform has heightened my awareness of the individual actions I can take to aid the Earth. I have tremendously increased my steps since starting, despite a bit of a late start, lol. But seriously, it has been an enjoyable journey, and I look forward to continuing my part, big or small, in environmental sustainability.

    I am so excited that I joined. As a mother of a son with asthma, I am happy to be a part of making the earth and air healthier for him. And I love encouraging others to do so as well. So, I am leading my family by example.
