    Implementing 30min of silence after work days. Can have the Calm app playing if noise pollution in building is too strong.

    Was interesting to learn about noise pollution and how it can lead to obvious stress and fatigue, but also that it can cause more severe issues like cardiovascular disease and cognitive impairment. Even marine life is affected.
