At Home
Needs Vs. Wants
I will adopt a "Needs Vs. Wants" approach and only buy things I need.
In Our Communities
Buy From a Farmers Market
I will purchase produce and/or meat from a local farmers market or food co-op to make 10 locally-sourced meals.
In Our Communities
Donate Items
I will help others in need and prevent useful items from going to landfill by donating 30 items.
Health & Well-being

Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 20 minute(s) each day.
Health & Well-being
Gratitude
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for every day.

Jeri DiFuria SSC 4/08/2024 8:47 AMHoping to get some sunshine today and get out for a walk-
Aprill Graham - United General 4/08/2024 9:04 AMno sunshine here, but I hope you find some! Yes, the not wasting food for solo people without having to purchase expensive single use stuff, which means more packaging waste is really hard. If I make myself not be lazy, I can buy freezable stuff and then vacuum seal it and freeze it. Fruits and veggies are hard for me to freeze, never turns out well, but have found just buying the frozen kind to start with works pretty well. Good luck!
