    Nature decreases stress and anxiety. There’s just something about being outside, listening to the birds, sun shining down that will boost your mood. That is why people need to have access to green spaces!

    What has everyone’s favorite part of the challenge been? My husband and I hardly noticed the thermostat change and so glad we did it. Also, I have enjoyed trying to shop at more local shops.

    It did. It made me think about the energy that goes in to transporting food that we use for meals when it’s far away compared to buying local food.

    It was quite easy to sign up for renewable energy in my area. I think the only thing that surprised me was how easy it was to do!
