Random acts of kindness always make me happy. It is always amazing that such a little act can seem to make such a huge impact on someone else. The happy tears or joyful expression remind me how important it is to continue being kind.

i do little random acts of kindness at work and it also brings such a joy to see how something even a small gesture can really impact someone's day in the best way

I also like the downstream affect that kindness has on other people. Sometimes a funny meme or joking with someone can impact their day which then impacts many other people!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I would love to consistently increase the amount of sleep I get. If I take less time for myself after my kids go to sleep at night and focus on sleep, I could be successful in this.

I enjoy seeing the same people when I shop local and diverse. I know more about the history of what I am purchasing and what went into making it. We get all of our meat from GAR farm in Chardon, Ohio. I highly recommend checking them out. https://www.garhorizons.com/

When I am walking and picking up litter, people in my neighborhood stop to say hello. The most common item that I found today was monster energy drink cans.
