REFLECTION QUESTIONOne Healthcare Random Act of KindnessHow did performing random acts of kindness make you feel? Were you surprised by any of the responses you received from recipients?
Julie Milinovich 4/19/2024 6:31 AMRandom acts of kindness always make me happy. It is always amazing that such a little act can seem to make such a huge impact on someone else. The happy tears or joyful expression remind me how important it is to continue being kind.-
Amy Smith 4/22/2024 4:01 AMi do little random acts of kindness at work and it also brings such a joy to see how something even a small gesture can really impact someone's day in the best way -
Zoe Anastas (SWMC) 4/19/2024 7:56 AMI also like the downstream affect that kindness has on other people. Sometimes a funny meme or joking with someone can impact their day which then impacts many other people!

Julie Milinovich 4/19/2024 6:28 AMI would love to consistently increase the amount of sleep I get. If I take less time for myself after my kids go to sleep at night and focus on sleep, I could be successful in this. -
