    This activity has helped me focus on going to bed earlier and sleeping on the weekends until my body feels ready to get up! It has helped me feel more refreshed when Monday comes!

    I kept pushing off scheduling these appointments, and this challenged helped me to be motivated enough to schedule them finally!

    My parents were big sticklers about turning the lights off when we left a room as they both grew up in poor families. So we learned early on to turn off the lights as soon as you are done!
