REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Home Whole Foods DietWhat benefits do whole foods and plant-based foods have on health and the environment?
Tamara Severtson 4/30/2024 4:54 AMI am grateful for this challenge helping me to re-engage with concern about whole foods. Today I downloaded the Open Food Facts app after listening to the book Ultra Processed People, It's a long road back for me, but am hopeful about my ability to continue with healthy changes.-
Kathryn Schroeder 4/30/2024 6:40 AMI would love to read that book! I always find those topics so interesting. -
Jeff Babic 4/30/2024 5:15 AMThanks for sharing this, I’ll look for the book.

REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Home Needs Vs. WantsHow is creativity a necessary ingredient for practicing simplicity?
Tamara Severtson 4/30/2024 4:42 AMPracticing simplicity actually leads me to more creativity. When I clear away the "too much" in terms of physical or mental "stuff" more space opens up to make the connections needed to come up with the better solutions I am seeking. Something will become obvious b/c you are looking at/thinking about less, I love these "eureka" moments when I realize I already have what I need and can use the things I have in creative ways.-
Kristi Clardy 4/30/2024 4:56 AMThank you so much this was a great reminder for myself today!
