    With the temperatures reaching almost 90 - I now welcome colder showers! I don't think I could committee fully during the winter.

    I'm incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to help save a life and most importantly, look at this opportunity as a necessity within your community. I also have the blood group type O negative.

      I love this time of year when its still a little cool out before the hot summer comes in where you can open windows and just feel the breeze my cats love it they sit on their cat towers all day in front of open window..

    With increasing my workouts, I've focused more on purposeful breathing which helps while I'm running, swimming, and also, presenting for work - breath work really changes your posture and intention.

    Walking early in the morning, around 4:30am EST, enjoying a few hours of complete early morning silence of my neighborhood provides a solitude and direction needed for each workday!
