    Good morning!! Does anyone incorporate a fitness challenge during the One Healthcare EcoChallenge initiative as well? I've been a Pure Barre member for many years, and their fitness challenge aligns during this time as well. If so, what gym or fitness workout do you incorporate?

      I have been using the Wellbeats that is offered through Maine Health. At home I have been doing tai chi in the mornings and yin yoga at night and really enjoying it.
