REFLECTION QUESTIONOne HealthcareWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Suzy Yates 4/25/2025 8:13 AMThey're expensive, especially if looking for non-plastic varieties. Tap water is untrustworthy. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONOne HealthcareHow did performing random acts of kindness make you feel? Were you surprised by any of the responses you received from recipients?
Suzy Yates 4/25/2025 8:11 AMfeels fine, I do it all that time. only ever surprised by people who are actively rude or ungrateful. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONIn Our CommunitiesWhat are some of the barriers to sharing economies? What is your plan for supporting or creating one in your community? If you focused on purchasing items second-hand, did you have success? What did you learn in the process?
Suzy Yates 4/25/2025 8:09 AMI belong to the Buy Nothing Project group in my neighborhood. Great place to foster sharing. I do focus on purchasing second-hand whenever possible. It's great way to get furniture that's already assembled! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONIn Our CommunitiesWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items, but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? What tips do you have for others who are trying to form a habit of using reusable bags?
Suzy Yates 4/25/2025 8:06 AMI take the cart to my car and unload directly to my trunk, where I keep a basket/trunk organizer.
