While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

They're expensive, especially if looking for non-plastic varieties. Tap water is untrustworthy.

What are some of the barriers to sharing economies? What is your plan for supporting or creating one in your community? If you focused on purchasing items second-hand, did you have success? What did you learn in the process?

I belong to the Buy Nothing Project group in my neighborhood. Great place to foster sharing. I do focus on purchasing second-hand whenever possible. It's great way to get furniture that's already assembled!

What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items, but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? What tips do you have for others who are trying to form a habit of using reusable bags?

I take the cart to my car and unload directly to my trunk, where I keep a basket/trunk organizer.
