This was fun and not difficult. Daily check ins were easy and did not take much time.

This has been a fun and easy challenge. I take a few minutes out of my day to check in and complete my daily actions, and once I got into the habit of doing it, it became a habit that I will miss doing once it is over. I may come up with a journal to carry on the habit going forward.

Somehow, I blinked and it's the last week of April and final few days of the EcoChallenge already. I missed a week when I was on vacation and forgot to check in. A few of the actions I plan to continue - shorter, colder showers. Emphasis on fruits and veggies. Daily gratitude reflection. And *trying* to maintain the needs vs wants mindset, limiting impulse buys. I like the month-long challenge, it helps the transition into a healthy habit.

I agree. It has flown by. I've thoroughly enjoyed the Ecochallenge and I've learned so much. I plan to continue recycling, using cold water when washing clothes, not running water when brushing teeth, full loads in dishwasher and washing machine, shopping locally, not burning candles, getting a Rainbarrel, more fruits and vegetables, less meat, less sugar and the list goes on and on.

I have been inspired to try and do more to reduce, reuse, and recycle as much as possible.

Everything went well with my colonoscopy, and I do not have to go back for five years.

Have they been successful? My daughter says she can if she does not wash her hair :)

Son just yesterday asked, "do you still get points for 5-min shower?" He's said, "I did it again." He doesn't have long hair. Though I mentioned that he can rinse, turn off water, soap/shampoo up, then turn water back on for final rinse. Good luck!

Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

I started using Agave. The taste is minimal and not as refined.
