    Since adjusting my bedtime routine to match my kids school schedule I have felt more rested and have more energy. We sometimes forget how important sleep is. I will definitely keep up with this.

    So if I have to shower twice in a day, due to doing yard work or working out after work, do I add them for a total shower time for the day, or are they independent events? Obviously being able to shower once a day would be preferred, if only work schedules were more flexible

    I try to use my dishwasher vs. hand washing since it's more water efficient. I have a 2-flush toilet upstairs (main bathroom) to save water while flushing.

    Biggest challenge was remembering to checkin on the dashboard on a daily/weekly basis. I appreciated the reminders. I think I set too many goals for myself, but in the end, I made forward progress! :)
