April 29 at 7:47 AMAverage 10,000 steps daily. Do yoga most mornings. Lean towards Mediterranean diet. Sleep 7.5-8 hours nightly. Quiet reflection every morning.

April 25 at 8:31 AMFor cooling, we have planted trees to shade the house from the hot western sun. For warming, we keep the house at 64 if we're home, and wear sweaters. Also, a dog on my lap helps when I'm WFH. :)

April 19 at 2:46 PMThe Ecochallenge has become a great conversation starter with my kids about how we can help the environment! They have been eagerly helping me pick up litter around our neighborhood and pointing out ways we can be kinder to the Earth! It's been a great experience!
