Amy Olah 4/05/2024 9:37 AMAs a certified forest therapist, I know that just by sitting quietly and focusing on what we call invitations (sounds, smells etc.) you can reduce your stress/anxiety by 30 % in just 20 minutes. There are many more benefits to being outdoors!!-
Amy Olah 4/06/2024 6:02 PMDid you know the dirt contains a bacteria called M. Vaccae, when you smell it, it activates the serotonin in your brain which relieves anxiety and can make you feel happy! -
