    I missed the daily check in yesterday, very busy day at work! But I'm enjoying this challenge very much and look forward to sharing more experiences!

      No problem! You can always log your progress and still get credit for actions you've taken for the few previous days if you miss checking in on a particular day. :)

      An easy way to start making the switch is carrying around a water bottle with you! Then you always have water readily available. I love adding fresh lemon juice to my water, very refreshing!

    What did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch? How did you feel after spending time outdoors?

    As a certified forest therapist, I know that just by sitting quietly and focusing on what we call invitations (sounds, smells etc.) you can reduce your stress/anxiety by 30 % in just 20 minutes. There are many more benefits to being outdoors!!

      Did you know the dirt contains a bacteria called M. Vaccae, when you smell it, it activates the serotonin in your brain which relieves anxiety and can make you feel happy!

      I had no idea being outside reduced stress/anxiety by THAT much! That’s incredible!
