    This activity has helped me focus on going to bed earlier and sleeping on the weekends until my body feels ready to get up! It has helped me feel more refreshed when Monday comes!

    My parents were big sticklers about turning the lights off when we left a room as they both grew up in poor families. So we learned early on to turn off the lights as soon as you are done!

      Agreed! Pros definitely include less gas, more sleep, less stress, less time spent getting ready in the morning, working with cat/dog coworkers.

    I have a healthy work/life balance and when things go poorly at work I remind myself that its only temporary. This helps prevent burnout

    You have to plan a head, inventory what you already have in order to design creative solutions to your problems instead of just going out and buy the thing that you think you need in the moment.
